Lens focuses on the needs and interests of education stakeholders including; students, parents, teachers, and administrators. From those interests and needs we gather data to recognize the missing factor within education. That factor is then developed into a course. The course is piloted and post course data is collected. After analysing and summarizing the data, we determine whether or not to offer as a full course. This space and future spaces are reserved for future courses.

What people learned from our courses

"I learned the importance of identifying student behaviors through careful observation rather than rushing to label students. The training emphasized that labeling is discouraged. Instead, teachers should gather information, understand the student's needs, and use that understanding to build positive relationships that support the student's growth and development."

"The profile of calm or well-behaved students resonated with me most. While we often focus on students with challenging behaviour, this training showed the importance of recognising and reinforcing positive behaviour—giving equal attention to calm students helps sustain their engagement and models expected behaviour for others."

Chitra K.

"The training has broadened my perspective by helping me recognize that behavior is a form of communication. Instead of viewing challenging behaviors as simple misconduct, I now see them as opportunities to identify unmet needs, build stronger relationships, and provide appropriate support that encourages positive growth."
