Lens Publishing & Network: Building the Foundation for Growth

Lens Publishing & Network is still a young education company, but the foundation is beginning to take shape.

Over the past several months, LPN has moved from ideas and early planning into active course development, publishing, research, partnership building, community engagement, and website development.

There is still a great deal of work ahead. However, this stage is important because it is helping us determine what LPN should become, what educators actually need, and how the company can grow in a practical and sustainable way.

Developing the LPN Website

One of our current priorities is improving LensEd.net so that it becomes more than a basic company website.

The long-term goal is for the website to serve as the central home for:

• LPN research and data

• professional-development programs

• digital educational products

• publications

• partnership information

• company updates

• educational resources

A new blog section has now been created to serve as the beginning of the LPN Research Library. This section will eventually include research reports, survey findings, needs assessments, data analysis, program-development evidence, and other materials that help explain how LPN makes decisions.

Separate publication pages are also planned for our newsletters, including The Educator's Lens, Clear English Journal, The Statesman's Lens, and The Strategist's Lens.

The purpose is to create one connected system in which research, professional writing, products, and services all lead back to Lens Publishing & Network.

Building Partnerships

LPN believes that education organizations should not work in isolation.

Partnerships can provide access to new audiences, research data, professional expertise, educational resources, and opportunities for collaboration.

Our most important partnership to date is with the International Teachers Association (ITA).

ITA has supported the development of LPN's first professional-development program, the Certified Student Behavior Response Practitioner (CSBRP), which is accredited by the association.

This relationship has also demonstrated the value of working with organizations that already have access to teachers and education professionals around the world.

As LPN develops, we are interested in building additional relationships with:

• teacher associations

• schools

• universities

• education researchers

• professional-development organizations

• organizations supporting teachers and children

Future partnerships will be selected carefully. Prestige alone is not enough. A partnership should have a clear purpose and create meaningful value for the organizations, educators, and communities involved.

Supporting the Education Community

LPN's work is not intended to exist only behind a paywall. Free educational content continues to play an important role in how we engage with teachers, learners, and education professionals.

Through platforms such as LinkedIn, WeChat, HelloTalk, and TheGoodTeacher on YouTube, we are developing content covering areas such as:

• teaching strategies

• classroom management

• English learning

• grammar

• reading

• mathematics

• professional development

• education research

The goal is simple: provide useful information first.

Products and professional-development programs can support the financial needs of the company, but free educational content allows LPN to contribute to the wider education community while building trust and professional relationships.

As the company becomes financially stronger, we also hope to develop more opportunities for sponsored or subsidized access to professional-development resources for educators who may not otherwise be able to afford them.

CSBRP Development

The Certified Student Behavior Response Practitioner program remains one of LPN's most important projects.

CSBRP began with a common problem reported by teachers: uncertainty about how to recognize and respond to different student behaviors.

Between March and June 2026, research and development were conducted to create behavior profiles, classroom scenarios, competency expectations, practical response strategies, and assessment materials.

In July 2026, more than 20 educators participated in the live pilot program.

Participants completed the training, provided feedback, and helped LPN collect evidence regarding the practicality and usefulness of the course. The program is currently undergoing its final revisions.

LPN plans to begin offering scheduled monthly live online CSBRP workshops during Fall 2026 for individual educators and education institutions. Rather than offering individually scheduled sessions, the monthly format will allow the program to remain consistent, easier to administer, and more scalable.

Exploring CSBRP-Advanced and CSBRP-Facilitator

LPN is also collecting educator feedback regarding two possible future programs:

CSBRP-Advanced would explore more complex student-support situations, including how learning differences, neurodevelopmental needs, and other factors may influence classroom participation and behavior.

The purpose would not be to turn teachers into clinicians. Instead, educators would learn how to recognize possible support needs, respond appropriately within their professional role, communicate with families and school teams, and know when additional professional support may be necessary.

CSBRP-Facilitator is being considered as a future pathway for experienced educators, school leaders, and administrators who may eventually help deliver CSBRP training to professionals in different regions. Both programs remain under consideration.

LPN is collecting data before deciding how quickly either program should move forward.

Our position is straightforward:

A good idea does not automatically become a good course.

Research, testing, participant feedback, and revision must come first.

Publishing and Clear English

LPN has also completed its first major English-teaching publication:

Clear English: A Teacher's Manual to Teaching English Grammar.

The manual developed from several years of classroom notes, research, professional conversations, and practical experimentation.

Its purpose is to help teachers explain grammar in a simpler and more practical way.

The digital manual contains more than 40 grammar structures supported by explanations, examples, formulas, teaching guidance, and visual materials.

This project also represents an important step toward LPN's broader publishing goals.

Over time, LPN plans to publish additional educational books, research reports, professional resources, newsletters, and other materials.

Research Before Expansion

One principle is becoming increasingly important to LPN: Do not build only on assumptions.

Before committing significant time and resources to a new course or educational product, we want to understand whether the intended audience actually needs it.

LPN has therefore developed internal survey guidelines to help classify early evidence and determine whether an idea should receive further development.

Small surveys may be useful for preliminary decisions, while larger and more representative samples are needed before making broader claims.

This research-first approach will continue to guide future course development.

What Comes Next?

The next stage for Lens Publishing & Network is not about creating as many products as possible. It is about strengthening what already exists. Our immediate priorities include:

• completing the final CSBRP revisions

• launching scheduled monthly workshops

• increasing sales of digital educational products

• expanding the LPN Research Library

• publishing consistently

• strengthening the ITA relationship

• developing new institutional partnerships

• collecting higher-quality research data

• growing our international professional network

• creating sustainable revenue that can support continued development

LPN is still developing. There will be changes, experiments, revisions, successful projects, and probably projects that do not move forward. That is part of the process.

Our goal is not simply to create more educational content. Our goal is to build an organization that listens to educators, studies real educational needs, develops practical solutions, tests those solutions, and contributes useful information to the wider education community.

Research. Education. Professional Development. Global Connection.

That is the direction Lens Publishing & Network is working toward.
