CSBRP-Facilitator is a professional development program designed for experienced educators who want to become qualified trainers within the Lens Publishing and Network CSBRP training system. The course focuses on three essential qualities: communication, patience, and professionalism. Participants learn how to teach adults, guide discussions, manage live online training, lead classroom roleplay, give constructive feedback, and maintain professional training standards. Candidates also learn how to protect participant information, follow approved course materials, and maintain the quality of CSBRP training. Course Details - Duration: 4 hours over 2 days - Format: Live online through Google Meet - Prerequisites: Successful completion of CSBRP and CSBRP-Advanced, plus required education and professional experience - Assessment: Knowledge assessment and supervised teaching demonstration - Credential: CSBRP-Facilitator Certificate of Competency upon successful completion - Authorization: Separate LPN authorization required before independent course delivery - Status: In development Candidates who meet all authorization requirements may receive a separate, renewable, one-year Authorization to Deliver Training, subject to applicable accreditation conditions.
